We’re really sorry to hear you're having issues with your purchase. While we currently cannot offer returns, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit to unworn items in their original packaging.

  1. Email Us: Please reach out to us at hello@loversthelabel.com with your full name, order number, item, and reason for the exchange.
  2. Follow Instructions: We’ll send you a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return Item: Kindly send the item back within 30 days, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or store credit promptly.
