Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and can take 7-21 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply and are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at hello@loversthelabel.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@loversthelabel.com. We can update the address as long as the order has not been shipped.
